I have tried many different software in order to play Youtube streaming videos, none of them works except this one. It is so easy to use and the video quality is much superior than iPhone. You cannot live without this video player on your PocketPC.
First you need install TCPMP version 0.72RC1. You can do a google serach, and there are plenty place to download it.
Once you have TCPMP installed, you need FlashVideoBundle.CAB. You can find the latest version (1.4.4) file in the following website:

This additional file to TCPMP will create a homepage to open by PPC IE, you can choose the full video in either link like YouTube. You can also direct type in URL of Youtube in IE for video file viewing. When click on the movie clip, a pop-up will have [Play video] , [Save video] and [Linked page] for you to choose. Choose [Play video] will auto open TCPMP and playback the video in streaming mode. Make sure you install this file in the same location (either main memory or storage card); otherwise, it won't work.
The built-in picture viewing software on Pocket PC sucks. It's too slow, difficult to do zoom-in/out, and it doesn't support all image formats. I have tried a few other software, and finally I found the best one - Photo Viewer Pro. In term of easy of use, it's similar to the phono viewing software on iPhone, but it's also as powerful as ACDSee on PC.
Everyone hates the built-in browser on Pocket PC - IE. It's slow, cannot render many pages correctly, and does not support login form on many sites. I also tried Opera, it works better than IE, but still not as good as the browser on iPhone - Safari, until I found Deepfish. Deepfish is a new browser from Microsoft. It brings the desktop browsering experience to Windows Mobile - it renders the full web page so quickly. After you see the full page, you can click "select" button on you Pocket PC (usually the big middle button), then a zoom-in box shows on the screen. You can move it around, and then click the "select" button to zoom in.
After using Deepfish, I will never want to go back to the default IE browser. Deepfish is not officially released yet. Unfortunately they don't accept beta tester any more. You probably can find some website to provide the download. If you can read Chinese, you may want to try to Chinese version from the following website:

If you are Chinese, you definitely like this one - VoiceBook from Keda Xunfei. This is probably the best voice book software - it read Chinese eBooks. You cannot even tell the book is read by a robot, it's so nature and smooth. You can choose female, male, and robot voice. You can adjust the speed of the speech - I would recommend you slow down the speed from middle a little bit to make the voice more nature. You can even add a background music to make the listening experience more pleasure.
You can download VoiceBook from the following website:

There are so many software for Pocket PC - there are too many, you even cannot decide which one you should buy/install. After trying many software on my Pocket PC phone, I come up the folllowing top 10 list.
